What the video says
This one lets the health department's Secretary publish details of TGA inspections of manufacturers of medicines and other therapeutic goods, except medical devices, here or overseas. That includes the manufacturer's name, the site, the goods, the type of inspection, and whether compliance was acceptable or unacceptable. It also covers details in GMP certificates the TGA issues, like expiry dates and any limitations. The TGA doesn't currently publish inspection outcomes, unlike regulators such as the US FDA. Detailed findings and commercially confidential information stay out. Most of the 67 consultation responses supported it. Releasing is the Secretary's call, not a duty. It starts the day after registration, and it's disallowable. A report card with just two grades.
