This is a personal tool used only by Paul Chapman to post his own videos to his own TikTok account, @paulchapman, through TikTok's Content Posting API.
It stores only the sign-in (OAuth) token TikTok issues, on Paul's private computer. It collects no information about anyone else. No data is shared or sold.
